This fantastic original survivor is a turnkey deal!! Just went camping at the Guadalupe River last weekend - you could go straight to the campground right after purchase. She's mostly original inside and out, with only a few modern upgrades: new toilet, new breaker box, new electrical inlet outside, new rooftop A/C. Everything works! Propane powers a light, the original working heater, and the stove/oven. You could take this girl boondocking. She doesn't have holding tanks, so you'd need hookups at a campground. Toilet, sinks, shower, all work with no leaks. We've had some major rain and storms recently here, and she hasn't shown a single leak anywhere. Interior has big closet, lots of cabinet space, original bed, original curtains & flooring - no dry rot. One window has a crack with tape (see pic), been like that since purchase, tows without any problems. Exterior has original Bargman locks & keys, original paint, original license plate holder/light.
