2006 Country Coach Allure 4700 Series Siskiyou Summit 42' Quad Slide 400 Cummins Beautiful, elegant, solid and well built! This is not your standard "RV" ! This coach is beautiful inside and out with natural earth tones and all of the luxury features to make your live aboard enjoyment relaxed and worry-free. With low miles and four slides this diesel pusher home is everything you are looking for. Beautiful on the outside with full body paint, and impressive to walk into with Radiant heated real tile floors in the galley and bathroom salon, 3 air conditioners, pleasant beige, and black coloring easy to accent, and beautiful cherrywood custom hand crafted cabinetry. Residential size 12 cu. ft. refrigerator with side by side cherry wood doors, an ice maker and water dispenser on the door for your convenience. With the large 104 gallon fresh water tank, 65 gallon gray water holding tank and the 43 gallon black water tank the two of us could live comfortably off the grid for a week at a time! There is a stackable stand alone large washing machine and stand alone dryer for your onboard needs. The Adventium oven upgrade bakes delicious Thanksgiving pies as well as delicious salmon and halibut with ease. Don't worry it is also a microwave and a convection oven and speed cook! The cook book is included as well as all the instructional manuals for all the components of the coach. This coach has everything. We bought this beautiful coach in 2009 because we own a remote fishing lodge in Alaska. Our relatives couldn't all come to Alaska so we wanted to escape the cold and visit them in our off season. We wanted a live aboard luxury coach in an affordable price range and the quality we would be proud of. We shopped a lot and got real picky about the flooring, the hinges on the cabinets, the bedroom arrangements, and storage. When we found this coach with the king size bed, two bathroom sinks, large shower with a skylight, ample square footage, and comforting coloring as well as a desk we were sold! We sure enjoyed living in Texas for months at a time to visit my aging parents and brother and sister and their families. We enjoyed the road trips as well as the extended visits with friends and family in Arizona as well as Utah, California and Seattle area as well. The Destiny RV park in Goodyear, AZ has a heated pool with planned adult activities of all kinds for fellowship and fun. We loved it there especially with other snowbirds and were sad when our son moved away from there. Although this coach is meant for two people to live in it for a home or home away from home, all five of our grandchildren could have sleepovers with us utilizing the foldout sofa and the comfy passenger side lounging chair that swivels around and the floor space with a few sleeping bags. Having our office in our Country Coach was one of the big reasons for our decision.Trying to take along a computer, printer, letter head and all the supplies we needed to travel and still take care of our business bookings was hard in hotel rooms or in a relative's extra bedroom! With the comfort of the coach we were able to stay longer periods of time just a few miles away without imposing and we were able to get a tax break as well! The 400HP Cummins engine was the perfect size for us. Big enough to pull our Acadia on all 4 wheels behind us but not too big to use more diesel. The 2500 watt inverter system was great for being off grid and the extra 10K Onan generator was quite and easy to start in the up front compartment where an engine would normally be, the 37" LCD TV over the dash up high was great to keep up with the latest news with the In-motion satellite system, as well as the media center to play movies or stereo sound through out the coach. There is also a smaller TV in the bedroom that works great for those late night movies. For setting the mood you can dim any of the lighting from the touch panels. The back up camera comes in handy and can show your car or boat you are towing so you know all is well. The hidden safe is also a nice addition. You will be impressed while driving with the smooth ride of the DynoMax 40' tag axel chassis, exhaust brake, Allison 3000 MH six speed automatic with 2 overdrive gears, key board electronic shifter, Holland full air suspension system, IPD anti-sway shock absorbers, full air brakes, recently new tires and a diesel fuel capacity of 135 gallons able to be filled from both sides. you will have an awesome panoramic view from your top shaded windshield an if needed you have electronic sun shades. With the diesel engine in the rear there is back door easy access. Between the rear engine and the froward generator there is an amazing amount of storage including 2 directional slide out trays for easy access with easy to use lift up hydraulic doors. Your coach has 6 new tires as of October 25, 2013 and has been stored under covered storage in WA so there is no sun damage. The NADA lists this COACH at $215,050 average retail, but we could not list all upgrades on NADA. This COUNTRY COACH is in no way average!
