They didn't start producing this coach till late 2002 and a few were listed as that. But book and build sheet and all info on coach is listed as 2003. 2002 36' Intrigue, 2-Slide coach with 2 slide outs. This true luxury coach is powered by a upgraded 8.9 Liter Cummins ISL with 370 HP and 1200 lbs feet of torque. All this power is paired with a smooth shifting 6-speed Allison automatic transmission. This great handling coach is built on the DynoMax chassis with tight turning independent front suspension, and includes computer air leveling. The chassis is the backbone to a coach that is ignored in newer so called coaches all for more profit. DynoMax is the Proprietary Chassis of Country Coach. From the chassis to the house, Country Coach motorcoaches were developed with Safety, Function, and Design in mind .The foundation of every Country Coach (with the exception of Prevost Conversions) was the DynoMax Chassis. A look at the steel structure is telling. The massive framework of welded tubular steel with 8 x 3 frame rails will withstand almost any brute force that it comes up against. But ultimately what owners of a Country Coach experience is the incredible ride and handling attributes when driving down the highway, and its nimbleness when faced with tight turning areas in campgrounds and in-town driving. Chassis engineers built cross bracing into the steel cage structure, properly spaced openings for storage and other components, evenly distributed weight of components, and designed a laminated floor for the house that fully integrated into the chassis structure. The result was a semi-monocoque design where the house came together with the chassis for a motorhome of superior strength and stability. This coach was built in the hay day of coach building before the recession when money was no object. This was in my opinion the best chassis and the best coach company period. In 2012 the tires , satellite system , flat screens , hoses and belts were all replaced. With only 62 thousand miles this rig is just getting broke in. The interior not only is like new but better than new. The floor plan offers the coach opposing the euro chair.
