The overall condition of the coach is very good. Moderate exterior wear, minimal sun fade and the owner reports no issues with the roof.
There is a brand new spare tire just installed as well as new vinyl trim filler strips on both sides
The interior is also very nice, with moderate wear and one of the recliners will need to be repaired. But overall a really nice coach for two.
