It was mfg.in 2003.They are the original wheels. When I was putting on new fenders,took wheels off, wire brushed any rust ( which was not bad) coated with rustoliem primer inside and out and repainted. both tires blew out with only several thousand miles on them, which tore the fenders off. the original tires were only 4 ply and replaced with 6 ply ( think they were dry rot). each tire is only 3 months old with less than 700 miles on them. New Utility trailers in NH come with a Certificate of Origin, (which looks looks a title and acts like one and I do have it. when u sell it it has transfer spots on the back like a title. It has the date it was mfg.date it was sold,vehicle ID body type, make, GVWR which is 2900 Lbs. and series and model. this certificate is issued by the state of NH.It has no dents just minor scratches which the exterior is aluminum. the trailer was broken into but they could not get through the locks I had,so they pried the back door hasp apart. I had a welder make a heavier hasp to repair. this trailer is in better shape than when it was new. If u have done any restoration of any vehicles I think u would understand that.
