The 2012 Concord 300TS shows very little use. The exterior paint is free of delamination and scratches. The awning has been removed. The interior did not show any signs of pet smell or hair. The upholstery was free of rips and tears. The sink in the bathroom showed some rust, but the seller will fix it. The roof has been resealed and does not show signs of cracking. This RV is in great shape inside and out and has been maintained well. The upholstery of the passengers' and drivers' seats was replaced just a few years ago, and the sofa in the main living area was replaced about the same time. The present owners replaced the tires in 2020 and have put approximately 2,000 miles since. The roof was recently inspected and resealed, and new AC covers were added.
