It has been converted to 110 electric. It has a queen size bed, mattress not included. IT has no holding tanks so at a campground you need to get full hookups. It has a private toilet that has is a high profile porcelain toilet with foot flush lever that is all brand new. A 5 gal hot water tank, and a new outdoor cowboy shower. It has a new window air-conditioner. It has all new screens on the windows and windows have new seals and all the windows crank out. It has an electric apartment size refrigerator and a large microwave. Lots of overhead storage with the original cabinets that have been sanded and re-varnished back to original look. It has a new sink, new bumper, and 2 new tires, plus a spare tire with carrier on the back bumper. New LED clearance lights, new rubber trim on outside, beautiful curtains that are new and homemade to fit. New laminate floor and under bed storage. TV and a DVD player with cable hook up to the camper too. All new lights inside and out. Plus it has a matching awing that has never been used with the poles. Front kitchen booth with table with storage and can be made into a bed. It weights 4000# fully loaded so a ½ ton Pick up or an SUV can pull this. This is a must see to believe. $6000.00 Why are we selling? We just bought a 40’ camper and no place to put this one.
