This is as close to new as you will find. It has some normal wear and tear, but in above average condition. It comes with a TV,Digital Antenna, All kinds of accessories. New tubs to hold all the extras. AC blows super cold, and has to be on low even here in Florida at night. I have new tank covers still in the package. It has the original grill that hangs on the side. Basically ready to hook up and go camping any time you like. I owe the bank exactly what I am asking for the trailer. I have a bill of sale ready from the registration, but we will want to work with the bank to get it transferred. RV Guide says it's still worth 12K plus with all the options and amenities included. It's been covered most of the time it wasn't in use, and the cover is included! Please see the attached spec sheets. They are accurate! PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS! I'VE HAD 2 BUYERS BACK OUT AFTER SAYING THEY WANTED TO BUY IT. It's a great trailer at a steal of a price, and you will love it!
