1997 Coleman Sun Valley pop-up. Two king beds on ends, front storage compartment, interior and exterior stoves, refrigerator, tons of storage, fold down table/bed, and u-shaped sofa that also makes a bed. One of Coleman's largest pop-ups. 12' box - 24 feet open. Cold AC. Going to be as detailed as possible about the good and the "needs help" attributes!WHAT IS GOOD - Canvas and all screens are in excellent condition - No rips, tears, etc. All zippers are in excellent condition. Beds, sofa, and bench seats are also in excellent condition.. A/C is ice cold. Hard-body roof itself has no leaks. Huge awning in good condition. Refrigerator is cold.WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED (obviously there is a reason it is under 1000.00!)The exterior shell (roof) - Lots of DIY videos on Youtube - Just search "Coleman pop up roof repair"(Exterior frame body is fine other than one crack from a backing up "incident" several years back - doesn't effect usage and has not worsened)The a/c cover needs to be replaced (it was damaged by a roof piece flying off during a trip) - YES, the unit itself still works. We have seen these anywhere from $25 to $75 on Craigslist and Ebay. Fired it up just today and it is ice cold. The front storage compartment needs to be sealed. There is some water damage to the interior frame around the sofa "kitchen" cabinet area , caused from sitting on a slight incline and an unknown leak clearly from this front compartment running to the back (yes, we are 100% certain this was not a roof leak because when folded the beds are closest to the ceiling and they very visibly obviously have never been wet or damaged). I would consider this visual "damage" to some of the wood framing but nothing functional. The table is not in perfect condition - It suffered some water damage as we always kept it outside during camping trips. Still usable both for eating and for turning the dinette into a double bed.The rubber stripping along the base of the roof is loose in places; rubber is still intact and not dry rotted or anything - It does need to be re-glued all the way around. One of the light fixtures is half-detached from the ceiling due to "age cracking" in the interior shell. Still functions and could be reattached directly to the wood ceiling underneath. There are a few tiny cracks around some of the ceiling screws as well.Overall this has the potential to be an amazing bargain with years of life left to enjoy for the right family who can fix it up - We sadly just do not have the time. Coleman campers (other than the several years of flawed roofs) are the most structurally sound out there (we have owned four different sizes through various stages of our lives!).*****The camper IS fully functional and usable in it's present condition. One could put a bit of time and money into it and restore it to "prime" condition, or do nothing and take a chance on the roof and a/c shell, or do just the roof and a/c cover and likely get 5+ years out of it. Lots of options********Clean title on hand. For local pick-up only - NO SHIPPING
