EXCELLENT CONDITION, no tears in screens, zippers all work very well and awning looks great. New tires last year with spare! New Oak table & New attachable table installed this past summer. Two propane tanks, has hide-away porta potty. Detachable Gas stove in excellent condition and can be moved outside to an attachable table with gas hookup. Air conditioner cools very well. Has 4 corner drop-down stabilizer jacks. Is stored in shed and covered with tarp when not in use. REASON FOR SELLING: We have upgraded to a Class C motorhome.
