Well a deal fell through so I have to relist this sorry for the inconvenience for those watching and had bids. Buy It Now or first REASONABLE best offer gets it. This is for a 1984 Coleman "Jamestown Limited" Pop-Up Travel Trailer. NO SUV NEEDED - EASLY PULL WITH YOUR CAR OR MINI VAN & GET GREAT GAS MILEAGE! LENGTH: 11 1/2ft with tongue (Total) / 8ft without tongue (folded up living quarters) WIDTH: 6ft 8in THE GOOD: I would not have a problem pulling this trailer from Fort Worth, Texas to New York city in it's present condition tomorrow -- except for replacing the spare tire first (LOL). I pulled it about 100 miles with my mini van this past weekend and it did great -- couldn't tell it was back there. This trailer is in fairly great condition overall given it's age. It travels and pulls exceptionally well with no hopping or swaying. Outside paint is really great with few slight dents (could stand a good wax job). All electrical is good (110A/C outlet and 110A/C to 12volt convertor works great (battery charger) and all driving lights and electrical is good/works with no cracked/missing lenses (right rear side marker light missing in picture has been replaced -- red) and 12volt interior light works. Cabinets with sink & drain/faucets are great and cold water works (see picture & no leaks). LP Gas and stove works (see picture & no leaks). Floors are great, Ceiling is great. Door & lock & outside step are great and opens closes exceptionally well (no broken window). Table and seats/backs are great (no rips/tears). Bed is great with only 1 small rip/tear on the front side (see picture). All Window flaps/screens/zippers are great. Bed canopy top is great (no holes, tears/rips or leaks) and bracing is great. Trailer Pop-Up lifting jack works really well. Trailer tongue jack and hitch work great. All 4 corner leveling jacks are there and work great (underneath and not shown in pictures). No rust on frame work. Hot water heater tank itself is good (no rust/leaks) but the rest of the unit has issues (see THE BAD below). THE BAD: Maybe $700 - $800 repairs needed -- top end cost -- if you choose to do them. Some of the sides (cloth panel) material is ripped and will have to be patched or replaced (see pictures) - an automotive upholstery shop could do it fairly easy and at a reasonable price. **Note** the side (cloth panel) material are sown together in large sectional pieces and the whole section/piece of all the bad sections/pieces will not have to be replaced on all of them -- for instance -- the top piece on each side of pull out sleeping area (see side pictures) it is just the end of those pieces that is bad and the rest of those two pieces is still real strong so they could be cut just past the bad and a end patch sown in -- would not have to replace the whole section or on other sections also and none of the zippers or window flaps/material would have to be replaced. The wall paper has started coming off in several areas - can be fixed easily. Hot water heater pilot lights but DOES NOT stay lit (may need servicing or units gas/temp pressure regulator replaced - also needs outer cover and the pop off valve (put a plug in place of the pop off valve to test the system - see picture). Needs the complete hot water line to the faucet and the outlet fitting on the tank (plugged off). 1 tire is dry rotted/flat and will have to be replaced and put back on the trailer -- the spare is good and put on in it's place (see pictures). The other tire is also dry rotted a little but not as bad and does hold air (I would use this one for spare after replacing the other tire) - I pulled it on it with no problems (see pictures). I just want to see it go to a good home and be used. I try to check out and describe and show in my pictures the items the best that I can and do not intentionally hide anything. From my extensive checks you should not have any problems with this trailer except what I noted as THE BAD that I can tell -- just keep in mind that this is a 30 year old used trailer that has been in storage most of it's life. This is sold as is with no warranty. A $250.00 deposit through Pay-Pal required within 24 hours from the close of the sale and full payment is due within 7 days of close of the sale and must be picked up within 7 days of auction close. Prefer cash payment at time of pickup (within allotted time above). This item is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the sale early. Pick up only. .
