In really good shape! New wheels and axles serviced a year ago.Sorry, but the three person couch is the slide out and it is not out in the picture.And, yes the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. Which seems wierd; until you realize how convenient it is to have access to a sink while someone is using the restroom!
