This RV is in good shape for its age. It would be in very good condition with a few little cosmetic issues taken care of. There is a place for a TV on the exterior. The TV is missing but the hookups are in place. All of the interior upholstery has been redone in the last year, according to the owner. All day and night shades are very nice features and work well. This 2015 Mirada 32UD, Manufactured by Coachmen, is located in Fate, Texas. When you enter this motorhome in the living area, it has a very nice jackknife sofa with plenty of room to move around. As you enter the kitchen, plenty of setting is in the U-shaped dinette. There is ample counter space with more when you add the covers over the double sink. The refrigerator is a good size so that you can bring plenty of food for those long camping trips. The bedroom area has a closet in the hallway to add more room in the bedroom for plenty of cabinet space and a TV. The bedroom slide allows for plenty of room for the queen-sized bed. Over the cab area, there is an electric slide-down bed for extra sleeping. There is a lot of storage around the outside for all the camping gear, along with a large awning for shade. This RV also has awnings over all the slide-outs to keep the RV cool during those hot summer days. The powerful V-10 should take this motor home anywhere you want with ease. If you want to travel with all the conveniences, this would be the coach for you. Reason for selling is no longer need.

Overall this coach is in great shape. The exterior shows no signs of damage, and the paint looks good. It could use a good buff and wax. The interior is in good shape for her age. The seats and the couch are starting to peel, but the cabinets and flooring look good. With a little TLC could be in great condition. Stock #326406 LOW MILES!!! READY FOR THE ROAD!!!
