The sellers displayed that "everything works." They put four new Michelin tires on the rear in June and a new spare tire with the wheel. There are no leaks anywhere. The unit is in overall good condition. The small awning above the slide on the left side needs to be replaced, and eventually, three of the back tires may need to be replaced as they are the original.
