The Owner of the 2005 LEPRECHAUN 317KS by Coachmen states "THE RV HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR YEARS. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME FOR IT." RECENTLY INSTALLED NEW BATTERY AND FUEL PUMP, 3 VENT COVERS( ones that crank open-close) *** Update from Seller - FEB 2024 *** Unit has been sitting for 2 years. Seller advised all tires need replacing, brakes are locked up and need full brake job before unit can be driven. On Board Generator needs work and is not operable now.
