The roof appears to be in good condition, no leaks, rips, or tears. There is an insignificant scrape on the driver's side in the back of the slide. The rear roof access ladder is missing the one rung at the top but is adequate for accessing the roof as-is. The wallpaper in the master bedroom and bathroom is coming loose in some areas. It appears these places could be reattached with a little bit of wallpaper paste. Or, if preferred, one could easily replace it with one's choice of wallpaper. The roof's A/C, vents, and skylights were sheared off. The current owner contracted with an RV repair shop, which replaced the roof and installed a new A/C, vents, and skylights. The bathroom has a privacy door opposite the bathroom sink and vanity. The rear master bedroom has a queen bed, and there is plenty of room to walk on either side of the mattress.
