The condition is very good for the age. The exterior shows very little signs of wear on the decals. The tires were replaced this year even though the tire age code is 1821 The engine battery is dated 12/22 while there is no date on the house battery. The interior shows light wear. A POP consultant has not visited this 2016 Coachmen 21RS. All information regarding the motor home's condition and operational status have been provided by the seller. Seller states that the following coach items have either been repaired or replaced: water pump, tires (approx. 1 1/2 years). Currently the roof A/C does not blow cold and will need repair or replacement. The side door lock does not work and the door must be held tight using strap or bungee cord. Some cabinet surfaces have begun to peel (wood grain applique) and will need to be recovered or refinished. The seller also states that the waste water dump valves and all associated plumbing have been replaced, and dump valves have been relocated to an exterior compartment location. The seller states that all systems (excluding roof air conditioner), components, appliances, and accessories are fully operational and function according to manufacturer specifications.
