Well cared for. One owner. Lightly used. Never smoked in. No pets. NADA Low Retail $29800, Average Retail $35,889. In Average Retail condition, but selling below the Low Retail price! Six new tires in summer 2015 that have only 300 miles on them. Awning fabric replaced summer 2016. Has all orginal manuals. We have used it for both short trips to mountain campgrounds, and longer trips down the CA coast with our 5 kids. Sleeps them all (including teenagers) quite comfortably. I just wish I had bought a used one to begin with and saved all that money! Here you get a the reliability of a lightly used vehicle for a fraction of the price new.Has a slideout that gives you more room in the kitchen and living area. 17 foot awning gives shade for being outside.
