Beautiful 5th wheel in excellent condition used in a smoke free environment. We have owned this RV since 2006 and have enjoyed traveling on long and short trips alike. In 2014 we decided we would travel full time, so with that in mind, we installed a new roof, new awning, new slide out awnings, new kitchen linoleum, new living room carpet, new matching couch and loveseat (in a neutral color), new flat screen "Smart" HDTV, new electric fireplace, and new tires this year. After two months on the road, we weren't able to travel full time due to my need for surgery. This 5th wheel has an open, spacious floor plan with a rear living room with, lots of windows, an entertainment center with the fireplace below, a built-in desk and double pull down shades. The back windows have new 2" blinds. There is lots of storage throughout the RV. The kitchen has a double sink, plenty of work space with the new addition of a fold up counter. The dining nook has a wood table with four upholstered chairs and a new pantry next to the refrigerator. The refrigerator has lots of space as does the freezer. Up two steps is the garden shower with tub, a bathroom cabinet, sink, and mirrored medicine cabinet. The commode is in a separate closed room across from the shower. There is a closet that is made for a washer/dryer combo or a large storage closet. The bedroom is separated from the bath area by a pull across curtain for privacy. It has a Queen size bed, a twelve drawer, room wide, built in dresser and a full width closet with sliding mirrored doors. Outside there is a large storage area with lots of smaller compartments for storage. It has an outside shower and easy to use steps. It comes with an Onan 4kw generator with automatic cut over, a forced air propane heater, two 7.5 gallon propane tanks, two air conditioners with separate thermostats and a built in automatic satellite unit. There are three slide-outs, one is the entire width of the living room and dining area, with another across from it where the loveseat is, creating a very large open living room area. There is an optional rack on the back of the RV for carrying a motorcycle or anything else you might want to carry with you, within the limits of the rack.
