26 ft, beautiful Coachman! 5 new tires, brand new deep cycle Duracell battery. 1 set bunk beds, dinette seats 5-6, sleeps 2. Full bedroom with queen short new mattress and dual closets, reading lights, storage under bed. 3 burner stove with oven, dual fuel fridge both electric and gas. Ducted heat also electric and propane w/ thermostat. A huge amount of storage. A/c run at least twice yearly, ice cold 13,509 btu. Storage pass thru in " basement". Full bathroom w/shower/small tub for kids, toilet and sink w/ vanity. Roof just cleaned and sealed with Protect All. Fiberglass walls just waxed. 16 foot awning. Twin axles have E-Z lube axles, but I cleaned and hand- packed bearings last fall. Only mileage 5 trips to Florida. Adco cover used 7 months a year. COMPLETE anti-sway and load bearing hitch included. We have loved this trailer.towed with 2008 highlander w/ ease.
