2007 Coachmen Captiva 245DS, This is a gently used trailer we've had as retirees. We upgraded the axles and tires as we planned to keep this forever. The tires are so new the nubs are still on them. This trailer has: 2 axles upgraded to commercial grade with new tires, 2 propane bottles at the tongue, water pump, water heater, furnace, refrigerator, range, A/C on the roof, full bathroom with sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, and stand-up shower, water heater, 30 amp power center, microwave, radio, awning tube sun cover with legs, and 1 slide out motor. The slide-out seats 6 for comfortable dining and converts to a double bed for sleeping. This trailer also has a power jack at the front, so NO cranking, electric brakes, and torsion bars that come with it. As you can see by the photos we don't have pets and grand kids have rarely seen the inside of this trailer and we do NOT smoke. There's also a TON of storage cabinets and space for your stuff. Everything works great from the shower, the kitchenette, and the the slider. It's at our home and ready to go on vacation immediately with someone looking to explore the country in comfort and ease without the added expense of hotels.
