Motor Home is in excellent condition. Slight discoloration on one outside decal but otherwise excellent. Each winter it was and covered and maintained in our driveway when not in use. We have been diligent with all maintenance and have it professional summerized and winterized every year. We had a brand new LG 24” TV and Jansen dashboard radio/CD player installed in 2012 so all electronics are up to date. Additionally, 6 New FIRESTONE Tires were put on the vehicle in 2012 so they have miles and miles left on them. This mighty Motor Home has a Ford E/450 V10 Super duty engine and will take you wherever you want to go. It holds 55 gallons of REGULAR gas. Utilities run off of electricity or the self-contained propane tank. Included is a rear vision camera with screen over visor. There is cruise control and a tilting steering wheel. The Unit carries an Onan 4000KW generator which is a wonderful thing to have. It has 13,500 BTU ducted central Air Conditioning and 30,000 BTU Heating system and Hot water tank all managed from a wall-mounted thermostat. The living area includes a “Jack Knife” Sofa that converts to a bed, a Booth Dinette that converts to a bed and a single bunk over the driver cab. It includes top and bottom privacy curtains, TV, cabinet for VCR and lots of cabinet space. There is a TV Antennae and Rotor included, wonderful ceiling fan and of course cable connections on TV cabinet and also on dinette. The slide out provides extra living space in the kitchen and living area while parked. The Kitchen area includes a microwave, 2 sinks, 3-burner stove and an oven. It has a small counter area and a pop-up collapsible counter for more space. The refrigerator runs on electricity or propane. Again lots of cabinet space. Heading to the rear of the vehicle, there is storage galore in the hall on the left and the bathroom door on the right. The bathroom has a full toilet, sink and a shower with a small bathtub. It is all in one room and affords privacy. The Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and you can walk around the whole bed (although it can be tight). There is another cable TV connector and lots of cabinets. There are 3 Roof Vents with covers, Dual Day/Night Window Shades. Outside there is a step for easy entry and exit, an outdoor shower, a Full Awning and outside light. There are stabilizer jacks in bumper. There is a radio with a Cable connection and a MP3 player. Also includes all Water and Sewer hoses and connectors. We are also including the custom-made Cover used in the Winter when not in use and the RV Windshield cover that is wonderful for privacy and great to use instead of the privacy curtains. We have all documentation and lots of other odds and ends also included.
