This is a workhorse of an RV. It has a Ford V10 engine. Unlike many that have sat and rotted, this RV has been in use and well-maintained continuously for the last four months. It has new tires, new shocks, new steering stabilizer, (basically) new mattress, and new floor, all within the last five months. All appliances work, AC and heat are dual zone (one at a time) and are very effective. The engine is in great shape and should work for a very long time, and the frame and undercarriage is solid. It has a generator with low hours. It has one slide out for a spacious living area. This RV is ready to continue it's travels right now. The only thing you may need to do to it is get new house batteries if you plan to dry camp without hookups. (We tend to be at places where we can plug in, so we never use them). NOTE: The flatscreen on the right side of the bedroom is NOT included at this price, nor is knife holder mounted under the counter. We are currently in the Modesto area, we're not sure for how long.
