There are no signs of kids or pets. I just took on a two hour test drive - this unit is FUN to drive and runs like new. The arch window is super popular and gives great sunlight and opens the room up. It also looks modern an cool. Unit has a nice interior layout with sought after two (2) skylights - the extra large skylight in living room - really brings in lots of light. You feel as if your in a much larger RV with its condo feel. Interior has a professionally installed carpet protector that looks like new. This is a 2008 that looks new and the Model is a 2600SO-F - a very sought after model because of the rear bed and its roomy layout. Unit is easy to handle and maneuver but is still roomy inside. Te 2600SO-F model and is 27.5 foot long. New it was in the 100 grand range and still retails for around $45K - $50,000. I have a minimum price of $32,995.00 but I expect it to sell for more. This size unit is a great seller and I expect it to go at around $33,000 ISH.. so be ready. Unit is equipped with Ford powertrain and E-450 Heavy Duty chassis. The 6.8L engine runs like new. Interior looks new, no wear was found ... I keep saying it's like new because it truly is "LIKE NEW".
