1999 Coachmen Catalina 269, Camper belongs to Mom and Dad who are in mid 80's now. Not used all that much and is immaculate inside for its age. Everything works very well inside and is super clean. Sleeps 6 - 2 on futon / couch, 2 on dining conversion, 2 in separate queen upper section. Completely winterized and just fully weatherized roof and front end where caulking was beginning to crack. 16 foot awning in front with folding steps. Propane or electric 2 door fridge, land hookups or generator cable. 1 slide located at dining area opens up area a lot. Complete with manual and everything when it was new.
