1995 Coachmen Catalina 311FK This unit has been well maintained over the years and is in very good condition, no pets. There have been many upgrades like a roof mounted 100-watt solar panel with dual high capacity batteries, inverters, and 2 LED TV's one with built in DVD player. This along with large capacity holding tanks makes dry camping way more comfortable. The holding tanks are heated making it so that camping can start early and go later into the season. 4 new tires installed last year along with 4 new wheel bearings.This camper has DSI for the hot water heater, furnace, and refrigerator. Everything works as it should and has no water leaks. The RV cover pictured is also included as it will not fit my brand new camper.
