I've dropped the price to my loan amount-- you will never find a better deal on an all-weather nearly new RV like this. Located off I-25 in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a 2014 Coachmen Chaparral Open-Trail 26RLS. Here's a link to the same unit from the dealer I purchased it from- the pics I have are with the slide in, so go to the link here to see it opened up: Look up Funtownrvsanangelo.com/product/new-2014-coachmen-rv-chaparral-open-trail-26rls-298678-5 This RV is in nearly new condition- I bought it in March of last year to live in while working in West Texas. It was my daily home for about a year. Excellent experience-- it's a large single slide-out in the living area, and a newly-bought $600 queen bed mattress (the stock "bed pad" was included for punishment purposes I think, and I trashed it four days after buying the trailer). I have a plastic sleeve over the new queen, so it's as clean as it was from the store. It's a darker color interior, coffee-colored couch, chair, and accents/floors, so it doesn't look like a retirement home or a Perkins dining area. The only issue I've had was the fridge stopped working, which I never fixed because I didn't use it. We went through a few power outages once and I think it tripped something. In talking with the repair facilities (that were then 4 hours from where I lived in West Texas) they said that it could be as simple as a relay switch that burned out that would take 15 minutes to swap, or a full replacement, which would require leaving it with them for a few days. Since I lived in it I could not leave my park and drive across the state to bother, so it still needs looked at. The warranty I bought with the unit new was for a full 5 years, so there's still three and a half years left on it, and I verified it was fully transferable when I bought it-- It's actually a real pleasure to live in-- the couch unfolds, so you could sleep 4 people between the bed and that, plus the table drops for one more. It's genuinely all-weather-- I never needed more than a small electric space heater in the winter, and the AC kept it comfortably cool in 110 degree purgatory "west-Texas weather" during the summer. Includes gooseneck attachment ($700), and I've got hose heaters and sleeves in the storage bay, you just need a correct length garden hose to connect water. Both propane tanks are full, and everything else is great. BUY IT! You will love living here!
