MOTORHOME 1998 COACHMEN CATALINA210CB We bought this from a retired couple and have enjoyed our time with it. It run and drives great, its a ton of fun, issues below, small, but I try to be accurate as possible so you know what you're looking at. This is a well taken care of and loved RV.Built on CHEVY 3500 chassis with the 7.4 engine.VERY LOW MILES . . . currently 43,xxx miles on it. Newer tires, they said they bought them in 2013.Runs and drives great!All mechanical items work flawlessly Oil change done July 2014Sleeps 5, double bed in rear, collapsible dinette table provide sleeping and area above cab.Shower and Toilet with VanityKitchen has the usual gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge / freezer.AC works great and is cold!Furnace works perfectly.A "tube" TV and Roof TV antenna also. (can fit a small flat screen) Roof vents allow for fresh air. It has tons of storage inside and out. Aluminum blindsWater heater provides great hot showers Brand new Alpine stereo ½ Tank of propane No leaks Fun to driveVery comfortableThe cab over may have some water damage from the previous owner. Its not bad but you will feel the wood underneath the bed over the cab. Its still strong and not a huge concern. The roof has been sealed and its stopped any further leaking. Rubber seal around exterior windows is probably ready for replacement. The main front one has been re-done already.Monitor inside which detects tanks levels is inaccurate at times, very common Gas gauge on chassis is inaccurate at timesEntry step will need a repair in the future, supporting brackets are rusted below.Awning fabric is ripped. The system works great still. I've been using a portable one to get by, but it will need a new canopy if you choose. That's why the low price No on board generatorPlease email any questions!
