This Catalina Sport 19.5 ft coach is in excellent condition. It is a Southern unit on a 350 ford chassis. Total mileage is 73,700 and everything works as it should. It is totally self contained and was completely serviced including both A/Cs, the V10 motor, and generator within the last 30 days.This coach has 3 beds, an Onan 4000 genset with just 279 hrs. The motor home has always been well maintained and mostly kept inside. That is apparent upon inspection. Some options include: Bath room w/shower, elect/gas hot water heater, gas furnace, flat screen TV and retract roof mt. antenna, radio/cassette, microwave, 3-burner stove, oven, gas/elect refrigerator&freezer, brand new steer tires, spare tire w/cover, CB radio, ladder and lots of storage areas.
