Inside is clean for its age. Large slide on right rear goes out and in with a hand, needs adjustment to track properly. Tags expired at the beginning of 2016. tow vehicle had blown motor and has since been sold. I have no way to tow 5'er. Has 4kW gen that we never used. Trailer parked at residence and has been plugged in with AC to control humidity. No leaks, no sagging roof.
