We are the original owners. Our Motor Home is pet and smoke free. Other than the decorative decals the outside is in excellent condition. Each winter it was winterized and covered, including extra covers on the tires. It has always been kept in our driveway when not in use. We have maintained the engine with regular oil changes, even while traveling. The roof was resealed and coated in 2014, and we had a new toilet put in in 2013, we had covers added to the roof over the roof vents (3) in 2012.
