In brand new condition. We purchased this in the spring and used it a couple times. This is a great layout, very roomy, the slide adds so much space, and the hybrid bed design means its not too long to tow. We unfortunately need to sell it because we don't have a great place to store it. Included is the extended warranty for the interior and exterior of the camper that covers sun stains and the fabric of the hybrid bed areas and some interior areas such as seat cloth and other rips or tears. It is transferable and it was for a couple years.
