Kids are are ‘too old’ and ‘too busy’ to want to camp anymore so decided to sell our family RV named ‘Lucky’. FEELS LIKE 2nd HOME and has been VERY good to us! In the last couple years put a NEW ROOF put on (so NO LEAKS!!) and a NEW A/C unit installed. This RV has been in the family since it was new. It has been very well maintained and has never been smoked in. It has a new inverter, new A/C in house area, tires have less than 3,000 miles on them, new brakes, new carbuerator and fuel pump installed on the generator, and was serviced in April. It has cruise control, tilt steering wheel, air assist suspension, a 6 gallon gas water heater, 35 gal. black water tank, 33 gal. grey water tank; 31,000 BTU furnace, 13500 BTU A/C, 3 burner gas range with oven, 1.3 u ft. microwave, electric/gas refrigerator, exterior entertainment center, emergency start switch, 2 color cvs, queen bed, and lots of storage throughout interior and basement. The couch serves as a futon, queen size overhead sleeping, and table drops to sleep a few more. Can easily accommodate 8. This is a great RV, and one we know you will love.
