Couch cushions from Elka Home. - Natural cork flooring (all carpeting/linoleum removed) - Custom-made organic cotton window coverings -Bed size enlarged to a King perfect for co-sleepers with one side meeting the wall (manual folding required in order to bring the bedroom pop out in) - 3 upgraded ceiling fans refresh air quickly and efficiently - Custom mirrors securely mounted on 2 hallway walls to brighten and open the space - Upgraded cabinetry hardware - Upgraded LED bulbs (with a few select incandescent bulbs for ambiance lighting) - Accent walls painted with Yolo paints (beautiful colors and no VOC's) - Plastic decorative trimming around pop outs replaced with natural untreated wood - Microwave replaced with stainless steel toaster oven - Standard booth (table and seats) removed to create abundant floor space in the living area.
