Great little trailer to live in or just for a weekend get-away. Outside Coleman propane BBQ with storage compartment, outside shower, stabilizing jacks. 49 gallon fresh water tank, 33 gallon black and 33 gallon gray tank, 2 propane tanks with cover and valve access, 18' awning, Euro top mattress with comforter, AM/FM/CD/DVD player, 24" LED TV with cable jack and antenna with booster, power jack with cover. Extras that go with the trailer and added items; full length mirror on bathroom door, mirror on wall in bedroom, mop and broom, small ice chest, Rhino sewer system with 4" sleeve for sun protection, water filter with stand, fresh water hose and garden hose, 30 AMP hard wire surge protector with display, trash can, wheel covers and laundry basket. Excellent condition. Transferable extended warranty through Good Sam. This was my first trailer and I loved it, but I wanted to a bigger one.
