38' ft Coachmen Chaparral fifth wheel 345 BHS has it all! - Automated leveling and landing gear-2 AC units 15btu central/ducted, 13500btu front bedroom ac-lots of cabinet/storage space throughout-spacious bunkhouse with storage-2 bathrooms, dual entry doors,-3 slides-large hot water tank that utilizes propane and/or electric, very fast refresh rate-solid surface counter tops-outdoor kitchen with fridge and grill-bike rack-outdoor shower-led tv in living room-ceiling fan+ much moreHas been completely gone through and all warranty work completed. I nit picked every square inch of the camper and had everything in question replaced. The slide seals looked liked they had a crack so I had all the slide seals replaced. The black water valve was a little sticky, had it replaced. The front cap looked a little faded and it is getting repainted this week. Brand new deep cycle interstate battery. In the 1.5 years I have owned it, I have cleaned and conditioned the roof 5 times.Camper is very light for the size that it is, just over 10k. We love the camper and purchased it to live in while we built our house. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time to take it out and use it as much as we envisioned.I am asking less than what I owe so price is FIRM. If anyone has owned a brand new camper you will understand this is the way to buy one.
