Recent service includes oil and filter change; radiator flush; transmission oil and filter change; new running/ marker lights; new RV batteries; new AC shrouds all totaling about $5K. A new roof was installed a few years ago along with in-motion satellite. New Michelin tires used for about 3,500 miles. Stairs need work/ replacement. Needs headliner to be installed on ceiling because of water stains from old AC shrouds that were cracked. Carpet needs replacement. Lock mechanism on a few of the exterior compartments need replacement/ repair. When slide is expanded it offers approx. 390 sq. ft. of living space. It has a fully functional kitchen with double sink, stove, oven, microwave and fridge/ freezer. We just drove it from NY to Eugene, Oregon and it ran like a charm. We are the original and sole owners. Unit was bought at Campers Barn, Kingston, NY. This was our last trip...our RV days are now over and it is time for this camper to create memories for another family.
