I have a 2015 Coachman Brookstone 395RL for sale. I bought it new just over a year ago, and it is still in like new condition. I am selling it as I want to upgrade to a Toy Hauler. I have used the 5th wheel for work as I travel a lot and am in one area for months at a time. I have been the only one staying in it almost 99% of the time. Occasionally my wife would come down and visit, but it has been well maintained and hardly used. It has never been smoked in, and has never had any pets in it. There are NO problems with the unit and everything works just as it did when we first got it. We have never had any leaks with the unit. I am asking $45,000 for it, as I see new one's are going for $54,000 at FunTown. I owe $48,000 on it, and will pay the difference. I also have an extended warranty on it for I believe another 2 years. I am not sure if that is transferable, but if it is, I will transfer with the sale. I also have 2 Honda 2000 generators that I always took with me in the unit just incase. I will include both units with the trailer at the asking price. The Honda units have a pigtail and can be run as one with 4000 total power to run the AC units. I am not giving any detailed description about condition, as it is like new, and what you would see if you walked on the lot. The cool thing about the 395RL is the larger Rear Living area (RL) with 2 recliners a love seat a fireplace a larger TV and an open dining area, and the fact that it also has a second bunk/office room and a loft area for storage or additional sleeping.
