Hello. We're looking to sell our beautiful, 2016 Coachmen Brookstone 395RL fifth wheel. Asking $48,700 obo. It has been an amazing trailer for our family! We have lived in it for the past year. When we purchased the trailer we also purchased an extended warranty on it. (That will roll over to the new buyer.) It was a must, since we knew we were going to live in it for my husband's work. It has been wonderful to live in, and has always felt roomy enough for our family of 4. I would like to add, we purchased a more comfortable foam mattress for the master bedroom... the stock mattress was as hard as a rock! We're sad to be selling our trailer, but we are wanting something a little smaller for constant travel. The trailer is a fifth wheel, and is 39ft long. It has 2 AC units and has 4 slideouts. It has a power awning (it's awesome!!) and it also has hydraulic auto leveling. It is a breeze to level the trailer at the push of a button!! We will also be including everything we had to buy for the trailer. (Hoses, extension cords, cord adaptors for the RV parks, tire blocks, wheel covers, and a fifth wheel hitch lock.)
