Awesome family camper! Ready to camp this weekend. Can be easily pulled with a minivan or midsize SUV. This camper can fit into lots of sites that larger units cannot. Camper is spotless and EVERYTHING works. Newly inspected for the yearSuper light GVWR is 2,852Full size spare. Brand new memory foam queen bed with single bunk on top. U-dinette converts to bed for more sleeping space. Lots of storage for such a compact unit. Full kitchen with microwave, 2-burner range, DOUBLE sink and fridge/freezer. Bathroom has toilet and full shower that my 6'1" husband fits in fine. 4-Gal hot water heater, 30-Gal each fresh/grey/black water tanks. Stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. LED TV w/DVD player. A/C and heat that both work great. Huge awning with no tears or spots. No leaks anywhere. Good, solid, clean camper. Can show camper day or evening with an appointment.
