Gently used, clean. Easy to maneuver, lightweight. Great for the lake, camping, fishing, hunting or a worksite. Sleeps 3- double bed folds down from wall, plus single bed/couch. Has everything you need: Shower, toilet, sink, microwave, stove, fridge, AC and heat. No worry about dogs, mud, etc- floor is easy to clean/no carpet. Entire back of rv folds down easily into a ramp with outside lighting - roll in your bikes or other toys, and easily load your other stuff and you are ready to blast off. The roll out awning is the only thing I know of that needs to be fixed.
