This beautiful 5th wheel trailer is in beautiful, almost like new condition. This four seasons rated trailer has had little use, well cared for and garaged or covered it's entire life (except when out being used). It has four slide-outs and is very spacious, 38' 6" in length, it's like a condo on wheels!! Full body paint makes this exceptionally beautiful!!!This trailer has an entertainment center (46" TV, FM radio, DVD/CD player), two comfortable reclining chairs, electric fireplace/heater, and a hideaway bed. Two effective air conditioners, one ducted, keep the trailer very cool. The kitchen area includes a double-sided refrigerator/freezer, pantry, celing fan, four burner stove, conventional oven and convection/microwave oven, large Corian counter with double sink. The bathroom includes a sink, shower and porcelain toilet. The spacious bedroom contains a king size Sleep Number bed, dresser, cedar lined wardrobe closet, 32" TV, washer/dryer hookups, and a high-performance air conditioner. Lots of storage areas inside and outside with an outside swing-out TV. Large fresh water, gray, and black tanks and two 20 gallon propane tanks. Additional items include a central vacuum system, electric leveling jacks front and real, electric awning, and a TV booster box to bring in distant over the air TV stations. The trailer has an upgraded, high end, Trail Air Technologies hitch for a super smooth towing experience. Tires good too. Included is a high end front hitch tripod stablizer, which adds additional stability when camped. Two new 6 volt batteries, a new inverter/converter, and new rubber slide out seals were replaced a little over a year ago. Also available for purchase as a package deal is my 2007 Ford F350 4WD King Ranch diesel truck, which towed this trailer and is a great combination. This King Ranch 1-ton diesel is in beautiful condition with 51,250 miles. It has power windows, power sun roof window, power rear sliding window, Banks IQ performance system, GPS, air ride suspension, B&W 5th wheel hitch and a super duty rear hitch, Rhino spray-in bed liner, beautiful tan buckskin pure leather seats (bucket seats in front, bench in rear) in perfect condition. AM/FM/CD stereo, back-up camera, Michelin tires in great conditon, Huskey tool box and much, much more. Runs perfect and just serviced!The truck and trailer make the perfect package, a total turn-key operation. Both for $62,000 and would perfer to sell this as a package. No problem selling the trailer first, however, I won't (can't) sell the truck unless the trailer sells first.
