We love our RV and are only selling because I've recently acquired a few health problems. We've had two trips from California to the Northwest and feel the space and storage is more that adequate for my wife and I. We have had everything checked out and all is in A-one condition. Tires are new with the RV (17.000 miles) ; new cheerful drapes in front and sunblock curtains in bedroom; queen size bed and queen sofa bed; 2 slide-outs; full automatic awning; never had cigarettes/cigars,etc.in it; strong V10 Ford engine shifts automatically when needed ; 2 air-conditioners; 2 TVs and 2 DVD players; so much storage 2 people didn't fill it! We considered living in it full time as it is warm in cold weather, and oh so cool in the heat. the 4 jacks are automatic with an easy push of a button. Our extended warranty is transferable and doesn't expire until 2022 !.
