The seller states that everything is in good working condition--it has been stored under cover when not in use, as shown in the photos. Known Conditions: The generator needs servicing and the owner has scheduled that to be done. The awning material has some holes in it. There are cracked rubber channel seals - as shown in the photos, on both edges of the front cab - seller is investigating getting these replaced. No leaks or signs of water damage, per the seller. It seats five and sleeps up to six with the over-the-cab bed (which sleeps two adults), the large dinette that quickly converts into a third sleeping area, and, of course, the master bed. The galley has a double kitchen sink, microwave convection oven, and hood vent over the 3-burner gas stove top. The large refrigerator/freezer is directly across from the stove and microwave and also has pantry cabinets for storage. There is ample storage space over and below the countertops. The TV is on a wall-mounted bracket that swings out for viewing from the living area or can be moved out of the way - against the wall when not viewing the TV. The bedroom has a queen bed with overhead storage and additional storage below the bed. There is a wardrobe closet on the opposite wall with several drawers beneath for additional storage. The thermostat is on the same wall just inside the privacy curtain. The bathroom features a step-in shower with skylight overhead for lots of natural light in the bath area - with a sink and medicine cabinet and storage below the sink too - and of course the toilet. The overhead bunk over the cab can be moved for easier access to the cab area - and it has a great view from the windshield and windows on either side. The unit has a great integrated stereo with Bluetooth for your phone and Navigation - it also has integrated display for the backup (rear view) and turn signal cameras. Outside the large patio awning allows you to extend the fun outdoors when at the campsite and makes this a great option for tailgating activities too! The unit has storage compartments on the driver's side. All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessed around the RV.
