You are purchasing a 2007 Coachman Freelander motor home! This is a really nice motor home. Sleeps 8, has two TVs, DVD player, fridge, stove, oven, bathroom and shower, kitchen sink, microwave oven, furnace, manual step, back up camera that needs antenna replace (broken in ice storm), cab a/c, living area a/c, one slide. TONS of storage space inside and out. 30,000 miles. Had water damage to over cab sleeping area; seals have been resealed, water removed, and in the process of repairing the area as best as possible. Because of the bad seals and water leakage, there is some "softness" to the wall paper in the upper corners above over the cab sleeping area. There has also been a repair to the area where one of the awning supports meets the RV.
