It is in good condition with a recently new engine battery and a hitch for towing a vehicle behind the unit. The backup cam works and also has cameras on the side mirrors to help with lane changes. The Chateau also has a $1,000 10" memory foam CUSTOM made specially for this RV. Brand new house battery installed. Ac is a bit noisy, but it does work. The wastewater indicator is malfunctioning and stuck at full. Needs a new privacy curtain. Slight wear and tear on the leather upholstery. Very clean unit in good shape.
