This is a gorgeous Country Coach Intrigue Class A motorhome. In 1995 this coach sold for over $200,000, which says a lot about the quality craftsmanship. This is a full-timer's rig, no cheap veneers, plastic toilets, or tiny useless appliances. Solid cherry cabinetry and doors. Custom cork flooring, fresh paint, new solid-surface kitchen countertop, brand new GE profile convection oven and microwave, new gas cooktop, new undermount double basin S.S. sink. There is even space for a dishwasher if you so desire. This is the biggest kitchen you will ever find in a Tiny House. Large double door refrigerator and freezer that was just serviced with new freon and insulation.This RV has been loved and further customized by the addition of a huge electric slide-out in the living room/kitchen area, which allows so much more space and livability. A queen-sized bed in the back bedroom is surrounded by storage, plenty of closet space, and bookcases.Worried about having to take a shower over your toilet? Not here..... How about your choice of a shower or a bath with a full sized bath tub and glass sliding doors? From a mechanical standpoint, the coach is powered by a huge diesel Cummins 300hp engine that starts right up and an Allison Transmission. The Allison computer was just replaced ($4000 value) and has a 2 year transferable warranty. The rig has an airbag leveling system which is superior the high maintenance hydraulic jacks. It has an inverter that allows use of items like laptops, TV's, oven, laundry, and other 110 voltage appliances. Newer domestic and chassis batteries. Awnings for the windows, a large electric awning for the patio, and a slide topper for the electric slide. Two A/C units for keeping cool in the hot Arizona summers were recently professionally cleaned and serviced. We have lived in this wonderful rig for the past 1 1/2 years, but renovations are just recently completed so you get all the new digs. With 71,000 miles, a slide-out, and the remodel, this is a fantastic deal. Most Country Coaches of this era are selling for $40-60k. We just bought a house and are eager to sell.
