32' Class A RV in excellent condition. V-10 Ford engine and chassis. 2 Slides provide full width Living and Kitchen areas (See photos of Living & Kitchen areas with slides both open and closed). Options include 50 amp service, including 5,500 watt generator; cherry cabinetry, leather seats, leather sofa hide-a-bed with air mattress, automatic awnings, etc. Outside lighted storage cabinets including lighted "Mega Storage" area in rear (see photos), Non smoking. This is a 2010 production model originally purchased in October 2010 but registered as a 2009 due to the 2009 Ford chassis vin number. Very clean unit, never Smoke or pet has been in the coach. Installed new Led under coach with 20 diferent settings. Installed Hid lights and all exterior lights upgraded to led. From led bar was also installed. Unit has only 4k miles with 1400 of those from th3 manufacture so only put in 3k in last 5 month. Used 2016 Thor Motor Coach Chateau Class C RV Model 31E bunk model, Ford E-450 chassis, Ford Triton V-10 engine & 8,000 lb. trailer hitch. Coach was used for only 3 trips and has 7,027 miles. It measures approximately 32 feet 7 inches in length with a full-wall slide-out room, (2) LCD TVs with DVD player combo in each of the bunk beds and fully automatic leveling jacks. Bought new 3/2015 with 1,000 miles on it. It now has 1750 miles on it. I am selling it because I do not use it often enough to justify the expense. Stored indoors. Has one full wall slide out, automatic leveling jacks, ducted a/c and heat. Each bunk has its own TV set (very popular with the kids), and outside entertainment center. It has a rearview camera as well as blind spot cameras that turn on when you use the turn signal. Has a Ford V10 and it pulls 8,000 pounds. I will include the towing hardware.
