The exterior is free of any dents, dings or major scratches. There is some cracking in the graphics (see pictures).
The interior is in good shape. The flooring was recently replaced. The dinette sleeper was removed and replaced with a bed that is also used as a sofa.
The original water heater failed and was removed. A prior owner added a water heater into a storage compartment on the slide (see picture).
The tires are original but look to be in good shape. The tire date code is 4717.
The roof looks good and has not leaked.
