BARELY USED, Fully Loaded 2016 Class C Motor Home comes COMPLETE WITH 2014 FORD FOCUS TOW VEHICLE. Price includes Motor Home, Tow Car and Towing/Braking Package - the complete package ready to go! Motor Home has less than 7,500 miles and has been for two trips only. Tow car has 34,000 miles and has been towed for only one trip. Motor home used by nonsmoking adults only. Both vehicles work great...we just have not been able to use them enough to warrant keeping them. Motor Home has retractable awning and one slide out. We added a spare tire and upgraded vent covers for the Motor Home after we purchased it new from the dealer. You won't find a better deal anywhere. Tow vehicle will not be sold separate from Motor Home.

Our Motorhome "Wilbur" has been a great family friend for 11.5 years. Wilbur has enjoyed visiting all of Alaska, the Canadian Northwest, all US states South of the border except four. He especially enjoyed the Canadian Provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia. His mechanic says he is in EXCELLENT condition.He would love to go on the road with YOU!The perfect sized Motorhome, Wilbur likes Resorts as well as State and National Parks since he is the perfect size...not too big to fit everywhere, but large enough to carry all the things you need to be comfortable on an extended trip....and we took many. The livingroom slideout allows for a very spacious functional livingroom & kitchen! Fully self-contained....you can plug in to electric, or "off the grid" with low hours on the 4k onan generator.Tires 1 year old, 2 house batteries only 2.5 years old. Fridge runs on gas or electric. Hot water and cooking with 18 gallon propane. Convection/Microwave & propane stovetop. Excellent exterior paint...waxed every year or so.We are offering Wilbur at a fair price. Look around....you will find Itasca Cambria 26As priced much much higher...they are quality motorhomes...we are pricing him to sell. Reluctantly, selling due to change in family responsibilities. Clear title in hand.
